Working on my next CD “ÜberThree”, another all ¾ time opus, featuring Mike Stern, Dave Weckl, Frank Gambale, Kirk Covington, just to name a few. Also trying to fill dancefloors with LA band “Superfunk Fantasy” and Jazz Hangs with Dennis Rowland, Stan Sorenson, and the like.
A few words of wisdom:
It takes an awfully good drummer to be better than no drummer at all.
You found the website of Harald Weinkum, bass player, native Austrian (“Let’s put another shhhrimp on the barbie!!”). I play electric bass, try to change the world - 2 diapers at a time - and can’t help writing various useless texts in my time off, some english, some german.
I consider Rush Limbaugh the stupidest person in the world and Gary Willis and Richard Bona the greatest living bass players.
Oh, yes, and I was into panoramic photography before taking a job as a father :)
